Quotes & invoices

Win the work with a quote that looks like you.

Send quotes in your own name, then carry the agreed job onto an invoice that can take a payment and ask for a review.

Why it matters

The quote is part of how you win the job.

A plain document, or a message typed in a hurry, makes the business harder to trust. The price can be right and the quote can still look like it belongs to someone else.

After the job, the admin often starts again: a new invoice, a separate payment chase, a review request someone has to remember. Putting those steps on the invoice gives that time back.

How we can help

From the quote to getting paid

We set up the documents and the links. Your team still checks the price and the wording before a customer sees them.

Get branded quotes

Quote layouts in your colours, with your name, the job and the details a customer needs to decide. The point is a quote you are happy to send, not a generic form with a logo dropped on it.

  • A check before it is sent

Reviews and payments on the invoice

Once the quote is agreed, the same details can move onto an invoice. A payment link and a review link sit where the customer already is, through the providers you choose.

In practice · Illustrative example

One job, followed through

An illustrative path. The tools vary. The aim is that the customer sees one business from the quote to the review.

  1. Quote

The quote goes out in your branding, after you have checked it.

  2. Agree

The accepted job becomes the basis of the invoice.

  3. Pay

The invoice includes a way to pay.

  4. Review

The request for a review goes with the invoice, not weeks later.

Your questions

A little more clarity before we talk.

Do you set my prices?

No. The quote uses your prices and your description of the job. We set up the branded document and the path onto the invoice. Someone in the business checks it before it goes out.

Do you take the payment?

No. Payment stays with a payments provider you choose. We connect the invoice to that link. We do not hold the money.

Can you get me more reviews?

We can put a review request on the invoice and in the follow-up. We do not write reviews, buy them, or promise a rating.

What if we already have a quoting tool?

Tell us what you use. Where it can carry your branding and a payment link, we work with it. Where it cannot, we say so before the work starts.

A useful first conversation

Tell us how quotes leave the business today.

A sentence about the work, and the payment tool you already use, is enough to start. We will agree what gets set up before anything is sent to a customer.
