WhatsApp support and your account manager
You should know who to ask. Message on WhatsApp, or call your account manager, when the website, a quote or a listing needs a hand.
The problem
A small change waits because it is not clear who to ask. Messages sit on a personal phone. The person who set things up is not the person who answers.
What you receive
- WhatsApp as a way to ask for help with the work we look after
- An assigned account manager you can call
- Help with the website, quotes, invoices, map listing and the marketing support we have set up
- A written note of what that support includes, and how to reach us
- A handover so more than one person in the business knows the route
How the work usually breaks down
Use it for a short question or a small change to the ShoreTrade work we look after. It is not a place to send customer records, passwords or payment card details.
Your account manager
A named person for your business, with a phone number. The agreement says who covers when they are away.
The edges of the agreement
Support covers the website, quotes, invoices, listings and marketing help we have set up. Other software stays outside that unless we add it in writing.
Good to know
- Response times, included changes and the hours you can call are written down. This page is not a round-the-clock promise.
- WhatsApp support is for the work we look after. It is not a general helpdesk for every app the business uses.
- Please keep customer records and identity documents off WhatsApp and off the form on this website.
Next step
Say whether you want WhatsApp, a phone number, or both, and what you need looked after.
